• Bookings can be made by phone using Visa or Mastercard, we do not accept cheques or money orders.
• A 50% deposit is required on all cabin and villa accommodation. At Christmas and Easter all fees are to be paid 14 dys prior to arrival.
• The balance of the tarrif must be paid in full when checking in. The Management reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid in full on arrival.
• Check in time is between 1pm and 5pm
• Check out time is no later than 10am
• Late arrivals will only be accepted by prior arrangement with management

• Seniors Card Holders - receive 10% discount (up to a total discount of $40)
• Harley Owner Association - receive 10% discount (up to a total discount of $40) 
• Large Group Bookings - subject to negotiation 
• Regular Customers (staying at least 4 times in a 12 month period) - receive 10% discount (up to a total discount of $40) 
• Discounts apply to normal rates only, not on seasonal specials available from time to time.
